I don't know if anybody played Crime Fighters in the late 80s at the arcades, but I played it a lot before I moved to Japan. When I moved there, I began playing it again. There's one thing though, in the Japanese version, there's a gay biker! He takes energy from you by grabbing you and humping you! I couldn't believe it when I first played it!
Here's a screen shot of him walking, and then him thrusting his dick out
Then this happens when he grabs ahold of you. Might not seem so bad, but when you're in the 2nd grade, this is a huge deal!

That's just weird.
I know it may seem like nothing now, but I remember that big ball of body's in Castlevania SOTN being pretty nasty at the time.

OK OK I may get some shit for this but that fuckin' game rulz! ChoAniki (Big Brother) is one f'd up twisted scarry shooter. I can't recommend going out and buying a copy, but it is a definite must play. The scariest part is when you die, and get the countdown to zero. Ahhhhhh the nightmares!!!

I remember renting MK1 for genesis back in the day. Turning on the blood code my buddy let me in on. Well I don't know how many of you remember this but in the NEO game BURNING FIGHT the Sex Club guy in stage one and the homeless bum in the first level of stage 3 both try to steal change from your pocket occassionally if you stand in front of them... however, it looks more like they're trying to give you a blow job instead, as the animation of it has them suddenly dropping to their knees and their groping looks more like head bobbing.
I saw this back in '97 when I had the game on my NEO GEO CDZ system and me and a friend of mine just said "What the fuck?" and thought how gross it was until we figured out the groping for change thing... but still, it's pretty damn nasty to me.

There is a very similar situation to this in the NES game Ring King. In between rounds your trainer is doing god knows what to get you prepped for the next round, but it sure as hell looks like his giving your boxer a mean hand job. I know there has got to be pics of this up somewhere, I just don't have time to look right now.
