That guy's name is Masashi Nakayama, Japan's legendary striker. He has the world record of scoring 4 hat-tricks in a row (3 goals, 4, 4, then 3 again).

He's on the Japan national team, and he uses the No. 10 shirt. He's not playing currently but he's in the bench.

Beckham can be descirbed as the 'talisman' for England. He is the current captain and playmaker for the England team. He is the master of passing and in set-piece (corners and free-kicks) situation.

He's also cool and calm as showed when he take that crucial penalty against Argentina, England's greatest rival.

He's recently being awarded a £100,000-a-week wage in his club, Manchester United, simply because he's just that damn good.
