Just got scammed :(

Shit, so I've contacted Ebay and my credit card company, what next? The scammer is not returning emails (obviously) But how can I contact paypal? All these great transactions, now this very_ang .........

Go to paypal, under your account there are options you can use... one is to report a scam. They will ask for the transaction number and a short description of what happened. If it is over 30 days, kiss the money good bye, Paypal won't do anything about it... but, if under... give it a try.

The actual way to get there is login... Click on Security Center at the bottom of the screen... then you can go to town....

Its called paypal payback and he will have to send paypal a tracking # or refund your cash or loose his paypal account

i did the paypal thing.
i wasnt satisfied with how much time they were
taking (honestly i didnt give them that long.
a few days)
then got pissed off and contacted my cc company.
that got the money back fast from the fucker.
i gave them all my emails and whatever.
also got an email from paypal since i went around them.
said they would suspend my account if i did that again.
whatever. i got my money back.

Paypal is offering no help as I live in canada, and thier "buyer" protection is only avalible in the states. Hopefully Ebay is doing something about this, my CC company says I have to wait a few days for the charge to post :mad:
