I'm importing the JPN version on GCN, and will have it soon. Anyone here play 6 yet on PS2? Do tell me about it. How is it compared to Jikyou Jleague Perfect Striker?

I'm saying that I THINK it's out on all three now. (PS2 and GCN for sure). I've already ordered Winning Eleven 6: Final Evolution for the GCN, and it is on the way for Tuesday.

I loved Perfect Striker on N64, and that's an old ass game. The reason I am getting WE6 is because my roommate and I have been playing a crap load of FIFA 2003. I then popped in Perfect Striker again, and outside of the horrible graphics by today's standards, the game was incredible. I looked into what the latest Konamai footie game was, and found that Winning Eleven was just released on GCN. So... I imported.

Anyone else play this one yet?

Well we have ISS Pro Evolution 2 here, which is Winning Eleven, and is the greatest soccer franchise ever....FIFA is the butt of all football jokes.

Perfect Striker also has its fans, but personaly it is my secvond favourite football series, and is known as I.S.S (international superstar Soccer)..

Whatever the case, ive played pretty much every ISS game up till now and everyone is amazing, so this new title should be no exception, enjoy.

My all time fave is ISS pro Evolution on PSone, but only because i havnt had time to develope my skills on the newer games.

Sadly, the only Konami game I've played thus far IS ISSS/Perfect Striker. I hear it's supposed to be great. If it's anything like J-League PS, I will be very happy.

Shit ,bringing this to my attention has made me feel sick......

The game has reportedly been "shrowded in mystery" and been dubbed "final evolution", apparently an updated version of PS2 winning eleven (pro evolution 2), but finding a perfect balance of play between the winning eleven & perfect striker serieses, tickled

This is rocking my world.though apparently its not being released in any territory other than jap  ...thank god that freeloader is finally coming out.

been playing since winning eleven 4...
its amazing that konami keeps improving and perfecting the gameplay...
its only a shame that the game is not licensed by fifa....only by the japanese football federation.
but not to worry, the edit mode is very powerful..
hardcore WE players even modify the game by burning a game with customized kits, club flags, advertisement billboards, and custom music, and then playing it in a modified ps2
check out the message board in gamefaqs.com....
so... yes this game ROCKS!

Impoved the graphics from what? From WE6 on PS2, or from the normal series in general?

Just finished playing some more FIFA2003 with my friend, and I then played a game of Perfect Striker by myself, and then did a bunch of practice and edits (thank God I can read a great deal of Japanese!), and I have to say that Perfect Striker... on N64... from 7 years ago, is still better than FIFA2003. I can hardly wait to see what WE is like. drool_2
