Best Pizza!

Overall, which major resteraunt makes the best pizza?

I like Papa Gino's the most, but it doesn't fill you up at all. I could eat a whole large cheese pizza there and still have room for more.

Btw-how is Papa John's? I've heard great things about it, but there aren't any around here...

And before anyone makes a smart remark about my topic choice, keep in mind I'm burned out over Philly's lack of decent play in the Finals right now

Caesar has the best value but IMHO, Pizza Hut tastes mighty fine. (although a bit too greasy...)

I would 2 are the best:

1) Are the individually owned pizza shops that aint part of a franchize with their real Italian owned and differently made pizzas with many new and old verieties.

2) Is str8 from Italy whih i will never forget. Truly every single ingredient is fresh from the earth (and not canned).
There the original pizza isnt a triangle shaped slice its more of a round fresh bread with tomatoe holes ranging from with cheese ham, tuna or almost anything.

I know the subject is pizza chain restaurants but if you guys are ever in NYC, you gotta go to Stromboli's on 8th street and the corner of 1st ave. IMO, its the best pizza in NYC.

Its so good that other pizza parlours are popping up using their name.

When it comes to pizza, I love the little Italian places that are owned by one guy. Good stuff.

Now, if we are talking about the big chains, which it seems we are, I really enjoy Papa John's and Domino's.

I'm not a huge fan of Pizza Hut, but let me tell you that twisted crust stuff is the shit! VERY good!

Papa John's isn't bad, you've gotta like the dipping butter they include with crusts.

I like the take and bake pizza like Papa Murphy's the best. Especially if you get the stuffed crust. Two or three pieces of that and you will be full. Great bang for the buck.

I like New York style pizza but the ones here don't taste nearly as good. What's the secret? I was originally from the east coast and I'm starting to crave that regions cuisine. Anyone heard of Pizza Boli's? I miss their pizza. FYI, my relative was one of the original owners. I remember back in Baltimore when it just had one store - and woah, did they ever weigh those pizzas down with premium toppings

EEEEEWWWW!!!

PIZZA HUT?? PAPA JOHNS?? OH GOD NO!!..LITTLE CAESARS!!EEEKKK!!! Has everyone gone mad??

Well I guess I cant say that since not everyone lives in Chicago, the pizza capital of the world. We have so many choices for good pizza here.

These are my favs,

Lou Manaties
Giordanos
Gino's East
Edwardos
Connies
HomeRun Inn
Leona's

If anyone is every visiting Chicago, I would hit one of those for dinner.

I have a secret-I worked at Little Caesars all through high school, so I have very high standerds when it comes to pizza,
(although Papa Johns is ok... If Im drunk and very very hungery)
