I just picked up Gunbird 2 and Jet Grind Radio from Best Buy for under $10. They also had Record of Lodoss War for that price but they were down to one copy and the jewel case was cracked so I decided to pass.

Its sad to see Dreamcast slowly dispear from retail but atleast there are some good deals to score in the meantime. Hopefully, the import market will keep pumping out games for another year or two.

Yes, I sense the end is near. Too bad such a great system has to fade away like this. I remember not too far back when the Saturn was going through a similar fate. Games getting clearanced off little by little, companies ditching their stock.

I don't even care, for the DC is a great system even if no more games come out for it (well, after CvsSNK2 that is!). I've got about 5 games I need to import, and then I'm good for the rest of my life with this system. Sure, more games are always nice, but there's so many that I love and will play for years and years to come, who cares? The system had to go sometime.

And with all the emulators on it (NES, SNES, Genesis, Quake, and Doom), how can I not like it even more?

Spike, are you by chance the same Spike Spiegel that posts on the QuakeDev/DCEmulation boards?

Yes, you must keep an eye out at Besy Buy and Circuit City as often as possible, they slash prices on many games down to $10 without any advertising. It pays to keep your eyes open and visit often.
