Best Boxer in a fighting game

Not just SNK, but in general. I've seen them all, but haven't played KOF 2000, so I don't know about Vanesa. I guess she's really cool?

Anyhow, I would say that it's Dudley (third strike version) by a landslide. This guy's not only the best boxer in a fighting game, but one of the best characters I've ever played with. Great combos, strong, fast, and has such style. <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

Runner up would be Heavy D!.
