I was curious if anybody knows if the Dreamcast games released in Australia are the same as the ones released in Europe. I am trying to determine if there are different versions and packaging of the games.

Nope, I can confirm that Australian games are the exact same thing as the European games. They are both PAL and have the same packaging.

it would be more logical that AUS games are same than the US ones.

what is the voltage in AUS and frequency ? same as europe (230V/50HZ) ?

Is the packaging and the games the same? For example, for the Euro versions they usually print the epilepsy warning in 13 different languages and you can play the game in four different languages.
