Well, looks like he's a Sikh, and they've been known to be a lot more violent than the Hindus -in India, anyway (remember Indra Gandhi?).

Dude, while that indian is indeed a trippy mofo and it's admireable that you're trying to keep us up to date on current events, you REALLY need to check your sources before posting stuff. You got a totally hacked and cropped photo of what was originally printed in my local paper. I don't remember the full story, but it turns out they were rallying under a new flag and confidence was growing as a new secret weapon was discovered or some shit like that. They said it would surely turn the tide of the war and that America should surrender before they unleashed its fury on the entire population.
Anyway, here is the ACTUAL pic, the caption reads:
