The wiring isn't a problem, Naomi is Jamma+ and that will work on Standard Res monitor, but obviously you need a Capcom Jamma convertor board as that provides the +3.3v.
Model 1 is totally unique, as is Model 2.
However Model 2A CRX, 2B CRX, 2C CRX and Model 3 all have the same pinouts, the only thing is that Model 3 also has a 3.3V input.
System24, Model 1, 2, 3 all require a Med Res monitor.
Jamma convertors are freely available for them though.
Some games require extra boards to function, All Model 1 and 2 require an IO board, and a Sound Board, from Model 2A CRX onward they intergrated the Sound and IO onto the main Video and CPU boards.
Certain Model 3 games, Daytona 2, Sega Rally 2, Scud Race, Star Wars Triology need MPEG boards which generate the BGM.
Also if you have driving games, then you can optionally use the Drive/Motor boards for Servo powered force feedback.
