Some newbie questions that I'm SURE no one's asked yet. HELP!

Hey all,

I'm new to the video game scene and would like to get into a home Neo system, after playing KOF in the arcade not too long ago.

If I could, I'd like to ask a few questions:

1) Since it's an old system, do you think I can get a home version for $50?

2) What's MVS stand for?

3) NGF sounds cool. Should I buy from them? I ask because a couple of people said no. Why not?

4) Which KOF is the best? I don't like to find out for myself so I figure you should tell me.

5) Can anyone supply me with ROMS to the Neo games so I can see which I like better? Also, shouldn't I just play it on an emu instead of buying the games?

6) About the current systems, which do you think is the best. This is another question in which I'd rather be told than to find out for myself.

7) Lastly, if anyone wants to trade a home system, I have an NES with Mario/Duck Hunt, A Jaguar with no A/C adaptor, a box of used kittyloaf litter and my grandmother's old bedpan (she's since passed away) to offer up. I'd be looking to get a system AND a game with all this, mind you.
