What does SFIII 3rd Strike have to do with Neo-related stuff?

Jesus this place has to many sub-forums.

It was a general discussion topic, in a general discussion forum, on a website that holds much interest for both Neo Geo and Capcom fans. Unrelated would be like "Hows the weather".

Alwright, ill re-post it.

Im playing SF3 3rd Strike on my new control panel I was Ryu, fighting Alex. It was the second round. My super meter was full, Alex was almost KOed. I hit him with a Dragon
Punch/Shoryuken which KOed him. The game paused like it does at the end of a match and then the wierdness happened. I thought I had input
a Shoryuken to Shin-Shoryuken cancel, but it didn't come off... until after the round was over! Alex was KOed, then Ryu canceled into the
Shin-Shoryuken after the round was over. Also it didn't use up my super meter when it did that.

Its normal for it to finish a super art, or normal move after the KO, but ive never seen it start a new move AFTER the KO. In all my years of playing SF3 ive never seen it do that before.

I've seen it happen, ironically with shotos. I've seen it in movies and have done it.

Eh, well maybe its not that odd then, but it was the first time I saw it do that. Still I would think it would use up the super meter.

Its not hard to do you just gotta input the super move at the right time. My brother does it quite often with Dudley's rolling thunder cuz he always has a habit of canceling into it whenever his meter goes up so if he hits me with a normal and it KO's me then you can see all that energy go into dudley then he just busts out the rolling thunder.

On a mostly unrelated note, does anyone here have any videos of people playing Necro?

If you use the direct connect program and go to the go for broke hub you can find plenty of SF3 vids with people playing everybody.

I don't understand the internet. Do you have the address for the hub?

Here's a glith I have found in the DC version of SFIII Double Impact -

In 2nd Impact, go into VS mode; have two players playing; player one should select Elena, Player two should select Sean.

Select Sean's stage (Sao Pauro).

When the 'VS' screen appears, player two should hold down both L+R buttons.

Keep holding them when the fight starts. Sean will throw a basketball (like he usually does before the fight) and it should fall short and hit Elena!

Funny, but not really worth it.
