I have a Sonny Chiba Street Fighter collection DVD that I don't need, as I have a whole lot of other Sonny Chiba DVDs that happen to include the trilogy (Street Fighter, the Return of the Street Fighter, the Street Fighter's Revenge).

So, for the contest, please make some kind of a short story about Terry Surugi and his battles against the yakuza, street thugs, and beautiful bitches. Any medium of story telling is fine, from just writing up something to drawing it. But the one I like the best will win. :D

Winner gives me his or her address and I'll ship the DVD, bearing costs myself.

Why wait for him to send one. BryLmoo run out into your yard right now and grab the first stick you see . Now get a knife and sharpen one end of it. And last of all as hard as you can jamb it in your eye left one first. Now ignore the blinding pain and get that right one. Ok every one feel better now?

bump!

Jigen is the only one to offer an entry so far.

His entry was quite good, but does this mean none of you want a free DVD?

I'm kinda working on it. But so far I can only spend 15-20 minutes on it (typing on the laptop on the way home). :p

I'm unfamilliar with the characters and films themselves but I'll try and post something tonight. Probably not complete. ;)

Here's part one...

I'm not very happy with it and it's pretty much open ended. :p Again, my apologies if the characters don't seem right and I didn't have time to edit it or anything. :p

Let me know if I should bother with part 2. :p

"It's been a while", the Doctor said with a smile. His eyes beamed accross the table.

Chris shuffled in his seat. "Yes, I guess it has", came his nervous reply.

"Well, no need to worry", replied the Doctor, "Your family has no signs of heriditary illness. This examination is mearly a formality."

"Yeah, right... a formality...", thought Chris.

At that moment Chris heard a rustling from behind... and then... darkness.

"His organs were harvested", explained the detective, "Was your cousin involved in any illegal activities?"

"Not that I can think of", replied Terry knowing full well about his cousin's gambling debts.

The dectective shifted his attention to Carie, Chris' wife, "We'll be posting several police officers on guard in your neighbourhood, for your safety, of course."

He then handed them his card, "Call me if you can think of anything that might help this investigation."

Terry left Carrie's appartement a few hours after the detective. Carrie knew where he was going, and she prayed that she would see him alive again

Terry knew, through his connections in the underground street fighting circuit, that the Yakuza had started to expand into the organ trade on the blackmarket. He would start by talking to Jikodo, the one that handles the accounts at "The Arena".

Something told me that I'd see you again...", said the man behind the counter as he sighed, "I don't think it's a good idea for you to come here. You severed your ties with us when you paid your own debt."

"You know me better then that.", Terry said flatly.

Jikodo shook his head in disapointement. "It won't bring your cousin back."

Jikodo shifted his gaze to the door, which was starting to open. Terry hearing the door, quickly ducked behind a curtain.

Terry could make out the conversation, and had assumed correctly that the local goons came in for their latest pickup and list of "delinquant accounts". When the pair left, Terry slipped out from behind the curtain and started to follow them. As Terry turned a corner, he was met by the pair along with three friends.

Three of the goons had knives, the pair had guns aimed and ready. Before any of them could react, Terry rolled on the floor, withdrew a knife from his boot, threw it towards one of the the gun-wielding goons while pouncing on the other one. The three remaining men quickly recovered, but not quickly enough. As one of them men lunged from behind, Terry quickly moved out of the way and pushed him into another. He then leapfrogged over the tangled men and he kicked the third man in the head knocking him out cold. Realizing that now was his chance, Terry snatched the briefcase that was picked up from Jikodo's and dissapeared into the crowded streets of Tokyo.

[Edit: Oops, wrote Hong Kong. Stupid me, Yakuza is Japanese, Hong Kong had the Triads.]
