Full time job. Put the wife through some school and 4-5 years later went back. Now I probably won't be done with my MFA until I'm 30. Joy.

Played videogames full time. You'd be suprised the shifts i pull with this full time videogame job.

haha, actually thats half the truth. i worked on and off when i worked it was part time gamin, when i didn't have a job like now its full time gamin however that will change shortly because i'm goin in the military.

I give you this advice though, stay in school and enjoy it while you are there, this world is rough at times, real rough. Enjoy being young and stuff cuz you'll regret it when you get older. Don't be in a rush to grow up and get out. I been out of highschool for only like 2 years and I been wishin i was back.

work sucks.

drank, BBQ'd , and went to class now and then....
if you attend a decent school , there should be tons of groups to join. Polo, anime, water hockey...etc...

I was going to join the Navy, but I figured why bother traveling that much when I can sit on my ass and watch TV here.

Went to college, started earning toward a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Video. I work two jobs for six days a week and I'm constantly tired. My school gouges me on the tuition and their general administration sucks ass. I hate it.

Good times.

nope afraid not. out of all of the kids at my school, i'm the only on who owns a neo geo. and i'm the only one who really knows what snk is.

as for when i get out i don't know what i'll do i don't want to go to college, nor do i want to join the military. i think i'll go to bartending school, and become a barhop then write a book about it. i dunno what i want to do. but i'm onl a junior, so i got a whole year and a half left of school.

Graduated in late August of 1996...

---Early August '96: Attended my favorite cousin's wedding in Cleveland Ohio, dressed to the nines in my only Armani Suit, mingled with high society types... chatted endlessly about a movie career I was pushing for as I'd already been doing the film workshop things having luncheons with actors, directors etc. Went back to Texas and Graduated High School.

---Late August - Sept 1996: Attended Film School Production #1 Film with Stephen Mims and David Layton communting daily to Austin Texas. Hung out at the Dobie Mall, was on the prowl for Asian honeys, got into fist fights at arcades and diners... drove around aimlessly at nights when I couldn't sleep. Continued Film School until I became burnt out over the fact my final project could only be 10 minutes long and I had a Mafia Film Short in mind that would've taken 35 minutes at best. Stopped short of graduating that production course after I finally got to see what working for Hollywood was really worth in the spiritual sense.

---Oct 1996 - Nov 1997: Worked for Game World INC pre-Electronics Boutique. Hung out with co workers, raced around in my '82 Datsun 280ZX, a couple of fist fights here and there, got paid in import Saturn games at one point as money was taken out of my checks for outstanding bills for stuff ordered from VLM and NCS. Eventually left game store after incident involving Rob Zombie's DEVIL MAN, a sprite bottle, merchandise and moshing in the store. Went on to a semester of community college but couldn't sit still, and left after semester never to go back.

1998: January 8th was in Chicago to meet my then film hero Chow Yun-Fat for world premiere "Replacement Killers" showing and special before party for only 55 ppl after getting the low down from my old droog David Lee who ran an very informative CYF site back in the day. Stayed with rich aunt during trip in Hyde Park on 15th floor overlooking Lake Michigan... went back to SATX with pics of me hanging with the man, and humbled since CYF really is like the guy next door. Went to work several jobs that year, the last as a Bouncer in a Strip Club, continued racing, storm rided around. Began a 'Beat' Takeshi Kitano fansite http://www.geocities.com/hollywood/trailer/4902/okuyama.html

1999: Working as Waiter In Japanese Restaurant... Got laid for the first time at age 21. Thought I was ontop of the world, came back to Earth real fucking quick though. Went to good friend's wedding, quit job as waiter, went to work for myself doing freelance stuff. Attended Big Bad Voodoo Daddy Concert at Fiesta Texas, that rocked the fookin' house. Saw THE MATRIX. Made friends with some others of interesting note, had a sort a' kinda girlfriend whom I banged twice... insomnia... celebrated coming of year 2000 half drunk and looking for a street fight.

2000: Continued on Kitano site making bold strides... Had a new tribe of friends and a new sorta' kinda' girlfriend. Travelled alot, smoke, drank, visited Mexico. Later that year, met my kindered spirit whom is now the love of my life at Fiesta time in SATX with mutual friend. (almost 3 years with her!) Watched Ghost Dog movie 15 times at Gourmet Cinema AMC Huebner Oaks. Began toning down my more wreckless/nihilistic behavior due to GF making me a bit more refined. Worked as Water Delievery Man for a local company, later quit and went to work again for myself.

2001: Working as Security Specialists (paid to break into buildings, find possible breaches in security measures for corporations)... Pay was okay but it was more fun getting paid to act like Solid Snake around unsuspecting ppl. Witnessed the 9-11 fiasco like everyone else. Had an alright XMAS. Website for Kitano came down with ideas of reopening but I never bothered with it.

2002: In May I discovered this place after buying my 3rd NEO NGH, joined the BBS as Stormrider_2977... Done a lot of shit during the year... Storm Riding, meeting some Neo Forum members... in the last weeks of 2002 Dec, killed off old callsign/persona and became MegaDrive 20XX

THE REST IS UPON ME. I have done much, seen much and done it with gusto since Highschool!

in any technical field it is defintly worth getting a B.S. , let alone an M.S.

i looked for quite some time for my job. You need the education. Even if you hate college, go thru it anyway. College was the easiest time of my life.
