I rule! buttrock

This was my sixth attempt to beat this mini game within Resident Evil 0. It wasn't the monsters that kept fucking me up. I couldn't find all the gems and the zombies kept reappearing and I had no ammo. I finally found all 100 leeches and now have unlimited ammo in the regular game.

I'm gonna get that S ranking in the regular game now. With unlimited ammo for all the weapons, it should be pretty easy!

Sweet man! I got the S ranking (2:55:47) but never got higher than 91 leeches in the mini-game. Definitely a cool accomplishment.

I just crushed the main game!

I screwed up a whole bunch of times but still finished with an S ranking. My time was 3:21. Not good by any means, but good enough for the S. Now I have a machine gun and a rocket launcher.

I really upsets me whenever I read in some video game publication that the Resident Evil games don't have any replay value. Every Resident Evil game I've ever played gives you some kind of an incentive to beat it within a cetain time limit. They're also packed with plenty of mini games too.

I'm tired of people whining about the control scheme as well. I've learned to live with it, so should you! The GC controller seems to work real well for RE games anyways.

The only RE game I've haven't fully beaten, or played for that matter, is RE3. I don't know what it is, but this game just gives me a really bad vibe. Every time I see it in a store, I usually have to leave just because it's presence disturbes me so greatly. I've seen people play it and it just seems wrong. The game should never have been made! I realize that this doesn't make sense but I truly believe that this game is extremely evil.

So where in the heck are the last two hidden gems?! I always end up with only 98. WHERE ARE THEY PLEASE TELL ME. NONE OF THE SITES OR GAMEFAQS I have sought out for advice are any help.

The problem with Leech Hunter is that every time you play it, the location of the gems is somewhat random. I beat the game with the blue and green herbs in the main lobby of the mansion.

I ended up with 98 too one time. The only thing I can think of is the 2 hidden gems in the Kitchen room (fire key door). There are a total of 7 gems in that room, not just 5. Hidden in the sink are two different colored gems, one blue, one green. It isn't the sink to the left. It's the sink up against the far wall. If you look very carefully you'll spot something slightly glowing in the sink.

The only other spot I can think of is the room with the moveable bookshelf. If you push the shelf to the left there will a gem in the pillar. I think that there are a total of 3 gems in that room. It's the room where you have to step up to walk on the platform with the bookshelves. There are also some handgun bullets behind the candle on the left.

Aside from that, when I played, most of the other gems where in plain sight. Once you get over 90 gems, zombies will start to respawn in some rooms. Good Luck!

Thanks for the hot tip. It was the 2 gems in the sink I could never find. Don't know how as I could've sworn that I had looked there before. Guess not!

Now I am ready to go about it with infinite ammo for every weapon. Rock on!

i dislike the control scheme of the analog.
i prefer the digital. and the digital is placed
uncomfortably farther away than the analog pad.
but that qualm i have is one with the gc pad.
i really dont understand why alot of people regard
it as good as they say.
