Yes, and I believe I've found her.
I'm pretty naive, so who knows.
But i'm also optimistic.

Yeah I believe there is one person who's in tune with you, but that doesn't mean they understand EVERYTHING you do or care to, a lot of ppl get that mixed up with thinking a Soulmate/Kindered Spirit is PERFECT. Ain't so.

Total hogwash.

Statistically speaking if there were only one true soulmate out there, then 99.999999999% of all people getting married are not with their soulmates because the chances of that many people finding their "one true love" is incredibly tiny. You are more likely to win the lottery then to actual meet/court/marry the one person out there that is intended for you.

On top of this, since people change during the course of their lives, what they want in a partner now may not be the same as what they want in the future or wanted in the past, so that being the case that perfect person may not be so well suited in a different scenario.

People win the lottery all the time.

Yes but far fewer people win the lottery than get married. And winning the lottery is not *that* common.

So if as many people that win the lottery are with their soulmates than most marriages/partnerships are shams and the people within them are deluding themselves and/or compromising their potential happiness to make a relationship "fit".

As corny as this may sound to some, I do believe in this, and I also believe I have already found her. I have been with my girl for five years (since I was 14-15) and I cannot imagine being with anyone but her. She completes me, I complete her. Simple as that. ;)

Well...I...er...that is to say...uh...I don't know.

I thought I met my "other half" at school..wrong, she's nearer to my "opposite".

I'm leaning towards "no."

I believe it. Given the sheer number of people on this planet, I believe that there is probably one woman above all other women who would "complete" me better than anyone else. My likelihood of actually finding her? Very small. I don't believe in love at first sight, or fate. People aren't meant to wind up together, they're simply drawn together as matter of consequence. As stupidly (or stoopidly) simple as that sounds, thats my two cents.

Oh well.

Do I think there is someone for everyone? Yes, have I found that person? I hope, so we have dated other people and just doesn't seem to work. We always end up getting back together. Since I first met her we just seemed to click. Odd thing is though I met her at college last year and didn't find out till after we started dating that she lives 10 min from me.

Yea, I think there is a soulmate out there for everyone.
I also think that the chances of you finding them are 1 in 3-billion.
So you might as well go for second-best if you can find it. :p

A true perfect soulmate? No.

There is no such thing. As somebody already pointed out, people change over time. The ideal soulmate would have to change with you.

A person who will suit you to some extent, someone you can love, live with, and grow with? Sure. It happens all the time.

I'm still just looking for a girlfriend and that's hard enough as it is. NOBODY is single in this godforsaken state just me.

No I don't believe it at all. She's not waiting, she's sitting right next to me. :)

Nice to know I'm in that 99.99999% Rev.

Peace
