Great. How long will this fly before the guy who works in a law office realizes that opinions can not be libel or slander?

I don't know why I thought he worked in a law office upon further reading.

People are getting way too sensitive these days...

Liar, fraud, and other words like that shouldn't be removed because it warns other people from doing business with them. And most buyers have the intelligence to see who is and isn't trying to rip them off. They have a right to protect their business.

And about hurting his reputation... um, he doesn't want people to know that he collects old TV magazines? I see.... oh_no

Hurt his "reputation?"

Fuck him.

I swear to god, this backs up every
statement I have ever made about a
large chunck of americans being total
morons.

Nihilism is looking pretty good right now.

The only one getting sued should be Tim Neeley. It is not eBay's fault that he made that negative comment. The comment is his alone.

Hopefully Mr. Grace will lose on his complaint against eBay.

NEXT: Bic gets sued for making a pen that was used to write a libelous statement. Litigation against Pilot and other pen manufacturers is also being considered. :p
