Well, no surprise, Simon won again. I threw in the Ivy thing as a token fight, but now it's time for Simon to face someone in a whole different league.

Of course we all know about Simon Belmont. Now his opponent will be......

D from Vampire Hunter D on the PSX. Yes the game sucks royally, but I needed someway to get him in here. As far as his role in his movies/game, he's a vampire hunter just as Simon except he's half human half vampire and one badass.

It's time for the battle of the vampire hunters to begin.

OOOH,now this is more like it.A real contender for the baddest vampire hunter crown.Simon will kick the
non-living shit out of phony D on the PSX ass.Then,
the real D from the Anime will come back and give Simon a real ass kickin'.In this bloody battle,both D and Simon were seriously wounded.A tie?No way in hell!The fight continued for over 50 or so years.Simon,by then,was like 90 years old,in a wheel chair,and craps himself every now and then,whereas,D,400 years old and still going,finally decided to give Simon that extra push he needed,over the cliff and out of his misery.End of the Story.

You should have mentioned that Simon is also part vampire.

The very first Belmont, Sonia, was in love with Alucard. Sonia had Alucard's baby, which was Trevor. Alucard is the father of the Belmonts. This takes place in Castlevania Legends, the very first game in the timeline. Therefore, Trevor was one-quarter vampire, and all succeeding Belmonts are consequently part-vampire.

And this whole part vampire thing confuses me. How does that manifest itself in them? Makes them stronger or what?

Wow,I had no idea.Was Castlevania Legends on any system?I've never heard of it!If simon and the rest of the Belmonts were half-vampire,how come they're not immortal like D?

Castlevania Legends was the third and final Game Boy Castlevania. The Belmonts are not half-vampire, they are still mostly human. What percentage of you has to be vampiric before you become immortal is up for debate. :p
