So Deep (Perfect Sphere Remix). [MAX / 6th Mix] An incredibly cool trance song with steps that are both challenging AND fun to play, on both Heavy Single AND Heavy Double. There is just no topping it in my book, ever.
Honorable mentions:
Stomp to My Beat [2nd Mix] - one of the original songs I heard in DDR USA that got me hooked on the game
Strictly Business [1st Mix Japan] - god damn I miss this song.
Abyss [5th Mix] - I luv DJ Taka
Ba Kkwo [3rd Mix Plus+ / 3rd Mix Korea Ver. 2] - come on, EVERYBODY loves yelling BA KKWO! BA KKWO!

Dynamite Rave is so overused by people that think they can freestyle. they all do the same shit, jumping over the bar at the beginning, the kneedrops, the handplants... it's so lame. This was another song I liked at first too, but after a few months I couldn't stand it either.

well it did appear on DDR Club Version before it was brought to the states on Konamix. And Salamander Beat Crush Mix is a very cool song too, I'd like to play it in Beatmania some time.

yep. after I got my ass handed to me the first time I played it, I made it my goal to someday full-combo/AA it. I haven't been that consistent at it lately, but my best score had 449 Perfects on it (I know some people in the country get into the 490's though...). Heh the two I mentioned are my fav songs. Not my favorite ones to dance to. Right now I cant sotp playing B4U, Afronova Primeval, and DIVE. Sadly nashville is limited to DDR usa 1st mix and whatever you can find on playstation. Yeah butterfly is not challenging....at all. But you cant deny the song is ace.
