Ikaruga for Game Cube is released ......

I was checking ebay for a new DC Ikaruga and I found quite a few copies of Ikaruga for GC. I didn't know it was released. This is pretty good news. Does anyone know if it's going to be released here in US?

I think it is going to be released in the US by Infogrames.
I've checked in GameFaq's to see and it says 4/2/2003 for the US release by Infogrames. Check the link below.

Just to let you guys know that I found the official website for the GC release. Japanese site is up but English is not yet ready.

To be honest, I am much more likely to edit or move flaming or excessive bitching. And like I said, Ikaruga is a topic that many a Neo fan has been following.

I guess you don't have to like it, but it's not worth high blood pressure.

And yes, we have trolls a plenty. I pull the trigger on a lot of that stuff, but it's not like there are traces to verify the sweep and clear.

Don't know why you think I would nuke your posts though. You seem to have successfully derailed this thread anyway, so I don't imagine you will have to weed through it much longer as it falls down the list.

That wasn't an attack on YOU. Many of us are angry at the high amount of the trolls lately. All of us would like A MOD to do something about it all. You're a moderator. DO SOMETHIN. Or get new mods.

Continuing the bad news...

The new issue of EGM (with the Panzer Dragoon Orta poster) has a half-page news bit about 3rd parties abandoning software projects for the cube due to comparatively smaller sales.

It also gives a go-ahead to importers of Ikaruga, as they say it won't be released in the US for the cube.

IIRC the DC Ikaruga threads were here a few months ago without complaints...then again the game doesn't have the hype it used to

The Japanese release date is 1/16. I'm guessing they're going to watch the Japanese sales to decide if they want to bring it to the U.S or not.

Any news on the extras, someone mentioned extra levels <img src="graemlins/spock.gif" border="0" alt="[Spock]" /> but that sounds like BS...
