How the lady at UPS told me she put in a note that the adjustment needs to be made ( i.e. I already received and paid it ) ?
Well, today I get a nice letter from a "Dunsgram Receivable Management Services " that state ( and I quote ) :
"Dear Sir or Madam:
You have been granted more than ample time to pay this account which remains considerably past due. On behalf of United Parcel Service, we request your attention to this important matter. Please send your remmittance for the amount indicated above directly to United Parcel Service.
Your payment must be received by United Parcel Service within (10) days of the date of this letter to avoid the creditor's consideration to continue additional D&B RMS collection activities.
D&B Receivable Management Services"

I called them up and chewed up this lady on the phone... very_ang
I got her name and employee number... very_ang
She put in one more notice for the adjustment...
What the hell is an adjustment? That I paid? This is nonsense... blow_top
I asked for the address to write complaints to , too.
