I read about this a month ago at pocket.ign.com have a search through the news archive and you can find some screen shots and stuff.
The GBA port looks pretty close, despite the shrunken screen size.
Fingers crossed that it will have a digitised soundtrack (I hate the standard GBA bleep bloop sounds) so I can listen to the ass-kicking rendition of Akuma's stage
