I havent had so much fun playing a game since Jet Grind Radio when I got my DC about a year and a half ago. I've been playing fighters almost exclusevly for the longest time, with the exception of Shenmue I and II, Grandia II, and Skies of Arcadia. I ignored all of the negative comments about the game, and I am glad I did. I havent had any real problems with the camera. I liked the first Knuckles stage, so I dont think the next levels will bother me much, same with the Tails levels.

I got SA2:B a few days ago and I think it's really good. I really don't enjoy the Knuckles levels, but I don't have a problem with the Tails levels though. I'd preffer it if they just had Tail run and fly, though.

It's an excellent game, though, and I too have had minimal camera problems. Negetive reviews, begone!

Not as good as the original SA IMO, though.

Damn, you just got SA2? You been missing out on a great game for a while. Its a good game, reminding me of the Sonic games of old. Well, have fun with the game.

Also, is it true that they actually improved the 2 player in SA2:B like adding new levels and modes?

I've honestly never played the DC version of SA2, and also havent tried out the multiplayer yet. I was going to get it for DC but when I heard it was comming to the NGC, I figured I would get it for that instead. I guess it is worth the wait, this is my first Sonic game since Sonic 2 on the Genesis, unless you count Knuckles Chaotix for the 32X.

I also have fun with this game. It gets better with the two player mode. Especially for action speed levels with Amy,Sonic, Shadow, and Metal Sonic.
The levels for 2-player action race are:
City Escape
Metal Harbor
White Jungle
Green Forest
Sky Rail
Radical Highway
Final Rush
Final Chase
and 2 exclusive 2-player only levels:
Downtown Race- All streetboarding level
Grind Race - All grinding level in Pyramids and outside of pyramids.
Very fun indeed!!
No Pyramid Cave or Crazy Gadget on 2-player though. But it would be kind of impossible to play those levels for 2 people since it was meant for one person only.

i got SA2:B a couple of weeks ago and i think it's a flaming pile of horse crap.

the simple fact that the camera makes it IMPOSSIBLE to back track at points is annoying as hell and the added multiplayer games suck.

gee, let's make a multiplayer game where people have to dig up an entire map looking for a gem.

If its anything like the DC version the camera will most likely give you problems.....Of course it just happens at those important momements..like when your trying to move foward and then you relize you just jumped off the edge of a floating speed highway in the middle of space with a bunch of things shooting lazers at you.....

No but serousily the camera is pretty bad alot of the times....Also the game gets extremly boring i mean has anyone tried to get all the secrets by getting a "A" on everything?? i did it for sonic and shadow but there was no fucking way i would play knuckles levels like that.....

One thing though im proud of myself cuz apperently in one of the last stages when your knuckles there the one part were its all water....well i beat that with out the air tank thing.....I guess thats pretty good. :)

Oh yeah the one dragon boss is a biatch also....at least the first time you fight him.

I have. The only time the camera got annoying for me, was when I was jumping as Tails/Eggman onto small platforms. The Knuckles and Rouge levels were a breeze (Even Mad Space and Meteor Herd)
