I think that video game violence is a good thing. You can't kill people in the real world without consequences but you can superimpose your boss's face on a model in Half-Life and then shoot the shit out of him. They can fuck off for all i care.They know jack shit about games and they are so quick to assume that games are harmful.All of this depends on the individual who is playing the games, not the parents.There are some games which are actually useful such as puzzle games.Most games actually help build a good hand-eye coordination, believe it or not.There are many other things in life that are much more worse than games.Like i said, these parents can go and fuck off for all i care.

I think the logic is simple, if a guy feels horny and wants to get if off and there are no willing partners around, instead of raping an innocent victim he goes down the store gets a porno mag and jerks over it.

Another guy who has phsycotic homicidal thoughts, instead of getting a rage attack or sniping or collecting body parts in the freezer plays violent video games to vent the anger.

Chicken before the egg, not certain. But by the time a kid can play video games the mind would have been made up, either Mr nice guy or otherwise. Or both, but dont blame video games.

Well, I just shot them an email. Basically I said it is sad the way they try to pin problems in children on video games. The problems kids face usually are caused by a lack of parental envolvement. They should stop whining on the net, and spend time with their kids. Who knows, maybe if these lazy bitches actually did their jobs as mommies, their kids might grow up to be functioning members of society.
