I bet THQ might end up kicking themselves in the ass for ditching AKI.</strong><hr></blockquote>
AKI created the the best wrestling engine. which is why I still own an N64, for No Mercy (and ISS 2000, but that's beside the point)
THQ sticks with Smackdown, which sells (God knows why) but this will ruin it. And to be perfectly honest, wrestling with rappers seems far more interesting than with wrestlers.
AKI engine + Gorgeous visuals = Wrestling Perfection.

It's so hard to explain but if this plays just like the N64 games (I noticed how some of the rappers did weak and hard grapple motions) with killer graphics to boot, it will easily be the best of the best and it doesn't feature real wrestlers.
Buy the mag and see for yourself, the game looks positively ASTOUNDING!!!!!!!!</strong><hr></blockquote>
Yeah, I've read up on this a lot and it is supposed to be basicly No Mercy without the WWE license and with better graphics. I'm sure there will be an extensive CAW mode that caters to WWE wrestlers anyway, so it's not a big deal. This game will be awesome.
If you're sick of the Smackdown games and like the old N64 stuff, try Legends of Wrestling II. It's way better than the first one and takes MANY cues from the AKI games, like the grapple system.

Very true to a certain extent, but most people will never know the glory of Fire Pro since they claim it's to confusing. People who right off the SD! series need to understand one thing. It's a sports entertainment simulator; not a true wrestling simulator. The series represents the WWE perfectly like it's supposed to. So why does everyone blow it off for not being a legitimate wrestling sim when it's not supposed to be? Shut Your Mouth is one of the most satisfying wrestling games I've ever played just like WM2000/No Mercy, Giant Gram 2000, Fire Pro S, G, D, and NJPW 3. I'm just saying that every wrestling series is a completely different experience and one shouldn't be wrongly disrespected just because it's not like the others.
