The title is pretty much the topic. Viz is apparently distributing some equivalent of Shonen Jump in the US. So far, they mainly have Dragon Ball (I think it's Vol. 26 so far) and Yugioh as their "headline" manga.
That said, the Yugioh manga is actually pretty kick-ass... I know you're all probably groaning at that, but it's pretty much nothing like the TV series; it's kind of the prologue (when Yugi first gets the Puzzle), and it's considerably more dark/grown-up than the cartoon. For one thing, Yugi's grandpa is a dirty old man (basically using the "you've grown since I've seen you last" line to Anzu/Tea and then guessing "what are you now, 32 inches?"*). For another, Yugi deals with the bully (who was actually a hall monitor who offered Yugi protection for 100,000¥) with an interesting game of skill and will involving a knife, yen bills, and a hand. You'll have to see it, but it's pretty interesting, especially the consequences of cheating in the game.
*If you understand, no explanation is necessary. If you don't, you're too young for an explanation.
