TV question: Toshiba 20AF41 (flickering problem?)

On my Toshiba 20AF41 (20" flatscreen), it seems like the display is sort of pulsating/flickering... It's even noticeable with the text that says "VIDEO1" "VIDEO2" etc. when changing displays... Also shows up when adjust volume and whatnot. My PS2 also is affected and the picture seem to have the same pulse effect. Is this normal for all TV's? Is this interference? Is there any thing I could get/do to fix this? Or do I need to get my TV repaired? It's not severe but it's noticable to the point where it's annoying...
thanks.

I currently have my PS2 hooked up to a Toshiba 27AF42 using component video and have not noticed any problems whatsoever - the picture is incredible.

Once I get the carpeting for my new gameroom installed, I'll be moving it to a Toshiba 24AF42 (which I bought especially for the new play room <img src="graemlins/drool2.gif" border="0" alt="[Drool 2]" /> ). I don't expect to see any loss in picture quality though - if anything, the smaller screen would make the picture even clearer as there will be less surface area for the dots to be spread out over (there's actually a technical explination for this, but don't ask me to explain it... :D )

I had that tv for awhile last year and didn't notice any of that. The only problem I had with it was it's ability to show the color Red. Like the blood in Metal Slug or in Samurai Shodown 2. It was always purple.
