Hey, I think I saw one of those im a game shop in Sheffield once.
Same cover, and the back is pink, and the game description text seems to be that of Streets of Rage 2, not KoF!
Well it referred to Axel and Blaze, so I guess thats where it was from.

Wish I'd bought it now - for a laugh!

I used to have that boot but I traded it away to Johnna or someone like that. The description WAS all funked up. The cart itself was fishy, off-color, flimsy plastic, and the AGB-002 Made in Japan on the back even looked different than normal carts that say that.
