I don't mean exclusives, just favorites. Here are a few of mine.

Bloodrayne
Fatal Frame (much nicer than its PS2 conterpart)
Splinter Cell
-= Outlaw Golf =- <--This game is just great to play with a bunch of buddies, trailor trash golf at its finest, think Happy Gilmore the game :)

I have more games I like, but these are great games everone should give a shot. And all of them are on PS2 and GC if thats your bag.

xbox = racing games and halo.
in that case:

Halo - Awesome.
Rallisport Challenge - Best rally racer.
Project Gotham - Amazing amount of shit to do.
Quantum Redshift - Horribly generic "FUTURE RACER", still a lot of fun. especially with my music. ENTER: THE FUTURESOUNDOFLONDON.

later,
ray

Halo was ok, Project Gotham I have to sit down and unlock stuff, when you first pop it in it kinda sucks. Can anyone tell me what they think of Gunmetal? I think thats what its called with the chick on the front by sega...

I wish there were some decent games for this damn thing.

Nothing I've tried so far has been worth the money, lord knows why they messed up Halo with that interminable middle section.

Ultimately though Sega GT is the best thing I've played on it.

Gunmetal is horrible;
but you're thinking of Gunvalkyrie. And it really comes down to this:

If you can deal with the worst controls ever made in a video game, then you've got a great and stylish game...i was just playing it yesterday trying to surmount the obstacle that is "the controls"; and i found it too frustrating.

But like any sega game, there's just a steep learning curve; so you can tell the masters from the students.

Have you tried Rallisport Challenge? it's tops also man.

But our tastes may be different ;)
I think Halo is literally the best game ever made.
Still, you might want to try Rallisport :)

Jet Set Radio Future
Halo
Silent Hill 2

i've recently gotten Fatal frame but haven't spent much time on it (the graphics has some heavy artifacting/pixelation which sucks but is still pretty interesting)

don't have too many games for the X, but JSRF was the main reason for me getting it.

I am tempted by Rallisport or Colin McRae but I just don't dig racing games as much as I used to, or perhaps I just don't play good enough ones. I may give it a go.

Halo is a wonderful game for the first few hours but its decent to mediocrity is as sudden as it is complete. I have high hopes for 2 though.

The only spot I have seen with any pixelation is the beggining movie, which is that a movie...

Well, just to give you a taste of my taste, my fave racers have been:

WipeoutXL
Rallisport Challenge
Project Gotham
Metropolis Street Racer
World Rally Championship [ps2]
and finally, the absolute best racer ever:
R4: Ridge Racer Type 4

Hmmm, without wanting to subvert the thread too much I think my top few (I tend to play games to death rather than a lot a little if you see what I mean) are:

1 Wipeout 2099
2 Monaco Grand Prix (on the MD, can't remember the proper name)
3 MSR
4 Outrun
5 Colin McRae 1

I should probably try some more recent ones... I'll see what I can pick up in the sales, I just hope Metroid will see me through to Zelda really, not much else on the horizon that excites.

Steel Battalion and Halo.

Unfortunately I've come to dislike Halo A LOT. My dad plays the damn thing every chance he gets and is almost always playing it when I get home from work. It's been like this since December of last year. My dad's retired and he is a FREAK. He's defeated the game TONS of times on EVERY difficulty. My dad's a freak.

lol, it even pays tribute to that glitch in the movie where you simply press A and get through any battle.

that trick only works if your playing it on the easiest difficulty. Stop trying to piss me off, aphex.

Aside from the games already listed, I've really enjoyed House of the Dead 3. Trying to get an S rank on all the rounds is a serious challenge, for me at least.
I've also been trying to figure what triggers the different endings, like the one where the zombie steals your jeep.

My dad considers playing video games to be masturbation, and he hates the fact I play it all the time.

Maybe if I was fucking 10 women a day and was riddled with more STDs than a Tijuana crack whore.... he might respect me.
