Rasheed Wallace hit a tough fadeaway game-winning buzzer-beating basket.

Wallace, as NBA fans know, is a thug. But also a talented basketball player. The same can be said of Wallace's teammate, Bonzi Wells.

Wells immediately threw his hands around. He "accidentally" shoved his hands on Chris Mills' chest, a Golden State Warrior small forward.

Mills would have none of this excessive celebrating on HIS home court.

Mills crowded Wells and started talking trash in Wells' face. Mills wore a half-smile and made it clear he would not take this on his home floor.

Wells shoved Mills off.

Things escalated quickly thereafter.

Golden State head coach Eric Musselman ran across the court and shoved Bonzi Wells off Chris Mills. Golden State Power Forward Troy Murphy stepped in and then Rasheed Wallace rushed Troy Murphy.

Portland head coach Mo Cheeks, bear-hugged his superstar, Rasheed Wallace, trying to keep him calm. Wallace looked down at Cheeks and mouthed, "I'm okay... let me go. I'm really OK... let me go."

Mo Cheeks let go.

And then Wallace went off.

It was a scene of chaos and pandemonium. 2nd year player Gilbert Arenas (Golden State's point guard) grabbed a folding chair ready to swing ala WWE style.

Dunk contest winner Jason Richardson threw a punch. NBA legend Scottie Pippen was playing peacemaker trying to clear the air. But the 37 year old veteran, holder of 6 NBA title rings, could not stop the flurry.

As Rasheed Wallace was going to the lockerroom, he made a strong effort to attack a fan in the stands. Things really got ugly here.

Apparently the fan was talking trash and even threw beer on Wallace. As soon as Wallace rushed up the stands, police officers moved in quickly.

Scottie Pippen at this point shook his head "OH HELL NO!" and did the smart thing and immediately ran to the lockerroom.

Finally, Wallace was held back, the fan was arrested and as Wallace was leaving the arena, two African American females were angrily talking smack to Wallace. Pointing and shouting.

Antawn Jamison, the NBA's fifth leading scorer at 25 points a game, left the scene early and was quoted, "There are a lot of hotheads. Things got emotional because it was a tight game."

After the game, Chris Mills snapped. He and a bunch of friends parked a car in front of the Trail Blazers' bus! Mills got out and challenged the Blazers sitting inside the bus to come out and "fight like a man."

Oakland police had to come to detain Chris Mills.

You better believe there will be heavy suspensions and repercussions.

A wild finish to a spectacular game. Such a shame... such a shame. We had people shoving, pushing, punching, karate chopping, talking smack, spewing beverages, after-game threats, it was like a Spike Lee film.

The Warriors and Blazers will play each 3 more times before the regular season is up. You can bet the next 3 meetings will be intense!

I'm ashamed two former Arizona Wildcats were involved in that kind of bullshit. Chris Mills and Gilbert Arenas should know better than to be doing that shit. I think after the strict discipline of Lute Olson's program, a lot of former players cut loose and treat the NBA like shore leave...Damon 'PhatBlunt' Stoudamire is a prime example. Bunch of jackasses. At least Richard Jefferson is having a stellar year.

Yeah that Richard Jefferson is something else. The Warriors almost got him too! They had the 14th pick and had their eyes on Jefferson in the NBA Draft, but Richard was selected at 13th. So at 14th the Warriors opted for Notre Dame PF Troy Murphy, who's have a "Most Impoved Player" caliber season thus far.

I watch a lot of Gilbert Arenas with the Warriors and I can tell you he is truly a gamer. While I don't condone his actions of picking up a chair after the game, this guy is something else. He went 31 in the Draft and has vowed to make every NBA team who didn't pick him pay.

He has a list of all 30 players drafted before him, and before each game, he scans the list to see if any are players that was drafted before him in that coming game.

He's doing exceptionally well this season despite his hotheaded temper. Averaging 15 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists a game. He's an upcoming elite point guard in the making. He just tends to get a "little too much" wrapped up in the heat of the battle. But I like that kind of attitude to a degree. It means Gilbert is passionate and refuses to lose. He really hates losing, he once was quoted.

Yeah, I heard about that strict Lute Olson program, but you know... man once you go NBA, I guess things really do change...

I watched sportscenter for about twenty minutes this morning and they didn't mention this. This is probably the worst fight/incident in recent NBA history. Gilbert Arenas picked up a chair? What the hell was he thinking? Then Chris Mills, total chaos. This will certainly add fuel to the fire for the people that say the NBA is a bunch of thugs.

This could be one of David Stern's worst nightmare.

This makes Larry Bird and Bill Laimbeer fights seem tame.

WOW!

This was all over the news around 1:30PM Central Time... They didn't show the whole fight but parts of it. Steve got the juicy part of it I think, they didn't mention any After Fights with the ppl on the bus or anything. Really, I don't see what the big deal is? I mean I'm not going to knock the sport itself but seriously... these ppl are waaay overpaid, over glorified individuals who's shit stinks just like the rest of us... yet they're supposed to have 'Carte Blanche treatmeant like they're saints until something like this happens and ppl are faced with the reality they're just real ppl. In fact now that I'm on it that's part of this country's problem... are priorities are out of whack. Teachers, Police Officers, Soldiers... ppl actually risking their necks to make a difference (the good ones anyhow) get paid shit, while these motherfuckahs get paid Millions then have the audacity to say shit like "I gotta' pay the bills" after blowing millions and acting like asses, during the NBA Lockout. I personally wanted there to be no Basketball after all that horseshit and was the reason I stopped caring about any of it.

But like with everything else, ppl couldn't wait to get tickets, support clothing lines and immerse themselves into the world of sports no sooner than the lockout was over, proving once and for all that there is no justice in this world. It's for this reason that I don't understand why ppl even care about stuff like this? Why ppl can't see that at some point in order for things to change for the better we must start from zero, redo somethings educationally if even radically, and put the sports heroes and movie stars in second fiddle... but it won't happen! Now that I've ranted and feel better I shall end this posting.

Bottom line... All of them should be booted out the NBA and their games canceled, then ppl might see it's not all about sports.
