ok. my ex girlfriend susan( the one before my current bell past on) is now calling me. we started out as friends in high school. afterwards i when to charlotte ( the biggest city in the state) to work for a lawyer. well around this time she comes up with her best friend and they beg me to go out with susan. i repeatedly declined because i hardly had any free time for myself much less anyone else. but they kept hounding me about it and like a dummy i finally agreed. before we became an item she was extremly flirtatious but afterward she hardly spoke at all. it was like talking to a wall and my work kept me from really relaxing. well her best friend called wanting me to go on another date which i refused. we got into a heated arguement and i never spoke to them for the better of two years or so. she manages to find of another one of my friends sister and the vicious cycle is starting again. now she is bad mouthing me behind my back and i think my other friend's sister is encouraging susan. so now susan is bugging me and wanting me to talk. but what should i do?

you shouldn't go for it. I hate when people talk shit behind your back and then want to act like your friend when something goes wrong. What you should do is just decline, or if she calls decline, and if she keeps bugging you tell her why you decline (talking shit shame ). Personally I can't stand when people around me talk behind my back and if I ever find out about it those are the people I cut from my life. It's just not worth trying to fix. kind of like a 99 cent bag of chips. If you get one with a rat in it, it's not worth complaining about. Just get another bag. After all they are a dime a dozen.

edit: or an old porsche. It'd cost more to try to fix then it's actually worth. So just don't even try.

well, she obviously wants someone to cling to. Something must've gone wrong in her life or something. All girls act nutty when the think they may be alone for awhile, or break up with someone.

you should have a few drinks (when you're home)after work, relax a bit. Call her and tell her how you truly feel about her. Don't spare her feelings in the slightest. That'd solve your problems 100%

so i should tell her a thing or two. as long as i don't have to confront her. however she also knows where i live.

well i called her and she claimed that she was bored and wanted to talk to someone. she hooked up with a guy she said that she would never be with, but she is lying thru her teeth as usual. i felt the urge to start something but i tried to be polite. and i didn't want to hear her b.s. lies. however to add salt to the wound, she goes to a community college that is about five minutes from where im at. damn that pain in the ass.
