JOKE PISTOL WHIPPING THREAD - DO NOT TAKE SERIOUSLY

While in Wal-Mart, some dude keeps getting rowdy with the cashier about some stupid fucking return, calls her a bitch and shit.

I'm getting pissed.

Then she asks him to leave the store.

He gets pissed and grabs the plastic stick that seperates orders and swings at her.

I step up and tell him to calm the hell down.

Dude swings at me, I duck and pull my piece and pistol whip him till he can't speak.

Now I'm getting arrested??????

I broke that shit up!

wal mart is fucking crap. With some of the rudest customers this side of earth.. I got fuckin children running in there, running into me, and bad parents who cant keep there shit together/straight. That store is a stag for some of the most unseen bullshit you could phatom..

To top it off this one bitch kept following us around and crap. So the manager didnt settle shit on this racist bitch. I say to hell with wal mart, nothing good ever comes from that store. They are blind to anyone who isnt for there sake.

You will also notice at many wal mart's they check the bags, but only check the bags of people of certain races. You would be surprised how fucked that chain is.

Shit dude that sucks. Did someone post bail for you to post this? Are you going to court for criminal charges or for a civil lawsuit or both?

You're an idiot to begin with by showing a gun in a public place. In Florida, you get 10 years.

At worst he would have slapped her but that would have been it. Security would have care, you have no business pulling out a gun in a public place.

I work for Wal Mart, and can confirm that it does indeed "fucking suck".
And honestly Cappadona, you did the right thing. Maybe in the wrong way, but you did the right thing. I hope nothing too serious comes out of this. Keep us posted man.

I guess so but unless he does the first move (pulling it first) you gonna get sued up your ass for it. Of course what you described was just a guy out of control and I don't know where you live (and since I'm from Canada, guns aren't a part of our lives) but to some extend I can understand (he could have anything on him also...). However, don't ask why you are getting sued, especially in the US.

Just to chime in my two cents; Nice work, Tonk.

You did the right thing, just not in the right way. I'm getting pretty sick of watching people like that push around others that can't fight back without getting in very serious trouble. Apparently we are supposed to deify people that are totally out of control and disrespect others out of fear of violating THEIR rights. I'm sure the cashier appreciates what you did for her, and I know I have even more respect for you because of this.

I don't think I would have pulled a gun on him, but it's hard to say how you would act in a situation like that without actually being there. I would probably have punched him in the throat or broken his arm when he came after me but that would put me in almost as bad a situation as you are in. :( I'm glad to see you aren't being criminally charged, but civil cases are hardly fair in this country. I've too many stories of criminals breaking into homes, getting mauled by a dog, then suing the owners for the injuries. <img src="graemlins/ohno.gif" border="0" alt="[Oh No]" />

I wish you the best of luck in court, keep us informed.

Ok, before this goes any further, let me just say that I agree with TonK on his move. I just don't agree with the pulling a gun out thing, I mean of course he's gonna get sued. What's more dangerous, the "cashier closed" sign or a gun?

I don't get on this whole 'fight fair' bullshit. If someone attacks me, I don't stop until I feel safe. If that means that dude is out cold, fine. If it means he can't stand because I just stomped his nuts, fine. If that means he can't punch me because I broke his hand by stomping it, fine.

I don't start shit with anyone, ever. So if someone wants to hit me, that's cool, any 'rules' go right out the fucking window at that point. I don't know about you, but where I come from "Don't fuck with someone" is a much more important rule than "Don't hit some asshole in the balls".

This is exactly why anyone breaking into my house won't be leaving alive. I don't have any problems with civilians owning/carrying guns. All the scum already have them so why not the good citizens.
