how about changing the title to "what was your first post about ?"

mine was asking about a world wide KOF tournament and I still remeber that Silver Angel was the first one to replay to it . body rip posted there as well

actually , I was looking for a forum with pure KOF gameplay subjects ............. but fate brought me here

:p nah I was joking , I'm still happy here :p

I said hello, and then told the story of me kicking the lid off my neocd, and thus, killing it.

I think my first post was about Shenmue 2 on DC or something to do with a general discussion on import charges for european members.

Ah... the goodold days... *sniff* :)

Apparently this is making it ok for every ape to bump a year old post up in general discussion... :(

How could I locate a post months ago? The pages don't seem to go that far back.

My first post was asking everyone in the Neo Forums if they knew how or where to get a NEO:GEO Development Kit to actually make games for. It's something I still would like to do, but after much research it's going to be easier for my game making endeavors to program stuff for either DC, PCE DUO, or MegaDrive... (though making carts could be a bitch) since Playmore won't simply sell Dev kits to individuals. I had quite a number of talanted ppl (around 10) that back in May of 2002 was willing to try something Guerrilla with high aspirations for home brew NG games made at like 1,000 copies only. But this will never happen now :( and after seeing how fickle alot of ppl can be in the BBS (and in some cases rightly so) I seriously doubt that I could have depended on the 4,000+ members here to help support such a Guerrilla idea. Thus I leave that to others who have the time, or the skill to break into Playmore ala' Splinter Cell and get what they need doing a split jump over a guard... knocking out a programmer and zip linning down to a Hum Vee that busts through a gate where the Orochi Team is waiting for a beat down on Neo Heads with illusions of grandeur

:p

It was March 2001.

My subject liner was, "Got to get something off my chest"

It was about... yeah, you guessed it. Defending World Heroes legacy. I got a lot of replies and to my surprise, a lot of positive feedback from older members (who either are gone or don't post much today) who supported the series as well.

I remember writing something about WH3... the wait still remains.

Mine was during the ON/NG merger. Gunsmith did a roll call thread in the Orochinagi Forum and I posted saying I was here.

Can't remember. If there's a way to seach all the way back to #1, let me know.
