I just saw the special on Dateline just now and the topic was about why the retail stores are selling M games to minors. They looked at five stores: Toys "R" Us, CompUSA, Circuit City, Wall Mart, and K mart. Out all the 5, Wall Mart was the only store that asked questions about age. The reason why kids were getting all of these games is because of the clearks. They break the rule in not selling the game to the kids. At the end, the stores gave advice to the moms that they need to study the rating system and if a their child want's to buy the game, they need to get their lazy butt out of the car and see what they are going to get. The only way, video games are vurnlable is when the parent knows what is on the game, they buy it anyway, look at it, take it back, and complain. The rating system is a good thing and all but soccer moms need to use what they wanted. Video games dont condemn violence if the parent dont keep them in full check.
