Dillema with some1 who bought Shock Troopers from me

I've got a problem and that problem is, is that I sold shock troopers for the mvs to get money. The auction I putted on ebay ended at:
31-Jan-02 11:33:49 GMT

The buyer didn't contact me for a long time, so I sended another email at: 19/02/2002 16:50

And he, the buyer finally responds and says; that he sended the money at 20 februari. Via a money order...

So he replied that he sended the game on 20 februari. Now on 06 Mar 2002 21:37:46 he sended another email asking if I've received the money yet. Which I haven't. I asked him if he has a tracking number... so he can verify where it is (still waiting for his reply) On top of that he is unregistered now... Either this person is banned or he unregistered himself.

I guess I wait a few more days and then put my game up for sale again. I can't wait forever, I'm not going to rip this person off, I gave him enough time to send me the money. Either way the buyer is in a bad situation because (if he's not lying) he sended me money, and the ebay regilation says:

''If you see the words, "Not a Registered User" next to an eBay member's User ID, this means that this person unregistered from eBay after the listing closed. Because only registered eBay members can participate on eBay, you are not obligated to buy or sell from this person.''

What should I do?? <img src="graemlins/help.gif" border="0" alt="[Help]" /> I wait a few more days for sure, but not much longer... I probably will sell it again. Or got any better suggestions?

Give him another couple of days and then relist!

As you point out, you're under no obligation to sell to the guy, and hes kept you waiting for too long anyway!

How do you do backgrounds and boxes with html?

Well I use Microsoft FrontPage and make a nice layout, then I copy the html code and paste it. Dunno if youve gotten front page, but I think you can use any program which can make html pages for that.

yeah, obviously Metal Slug agrees with waiting a few more days. Hoped for different suggestions, but I think its the best solution to wait a few more days. What do you think, got any other suggestions??

Well, it's upto you. You know that unregistered means that the guy can't leave a feedback on you, & vice-versa, and basically means that eBay doesn't deal w/ the guy. In most cases, I would say wait, but reading your e-mail, IMO, after all you have done, it's perfectly legit to resell it now. No need to waste more of your valuable time. Unless you like to leave this kind of post on the forum, you just wasted more of your time posting this. Don't prolong it.

BTW, in an unlikely event that the money order actually arrives, e-mail the dude. Since he should have the recipt, he can get his money back. If not, just mail back the money order. Good luck.
