Who were your favorite characters in either the cartoon series, the movie, the video games, or the original mature comics?

My favorite characters are Leonardo, Casey Jones, Wingnut, and a couple of characters from Tournament Fighters.

I never really got into the comic scene, cause i was too little.

But my fave turtle was definitely Raphael...then Leo.

best character besides them was SLASH. What a complete BAD ASS.

I was always partial to Michealangelo (forgive my spelling if it's wrong), either in the comic or the show.

I remember him, I was wondering where Jimbo came from since I don't know anything about him except that he's a ronin from another world.

Rapheal and Donatello were always my favourite. I loved the Ninja Turtles! They were everything to me! I even named my first guinea pig after April O'Neal! LOL

Definitely gotta go with Donny, we're way too much alike lol. Right after him is Krang, he was a great badass

Mike, no question. In the comics, he had a kind of innocent simplicity and happieness to him. Eventough, he was totally lethal. I also the Casy Jones, and the Triceretons. The final Eastman and Laird Book: Return to New York, was trully dark and moody. Every one in those last 3 issues are great examples of the TMNT character.

My favorite is Leonardo, followed closely by Donatello.

The origional first run of comics were incredibly dark and gory as hell !

Not that kiddie bs it turned into like in the games and the cartoons.

If you get a chance to checkout the origional comics do so , black and white and arterial red.

I was a big fan of Mike and Shredder, esp. that episode when Shredder was going through the Mike phase. Krang was funny, and I found April to be attractive when I was a little kid in that she's-not-as-good-as-Baroness-but-she'll-do sort of way.

Usagi Yojimbo... literally, it translates to "bunny bodyguard." :D

I remember a buddy of mine back in elementary school had a few volumes of the original comic... it kicked ass, and it was the ultimate guilty pleasure.

As for my favorite character... Krang, by far. "Saki, you fool!"

The original B&W series kicked ass, no doubt about it!

It's a shame what they did to them for the cartoon series.

The movies were enjoyable though, if for nothing else than to let you appreciate just how good some of the martial artists out there really are (imagine trying to do some of those moves in a 70 lb. rubber suit).

Oh yeah, and Donatello was always my favorite, followed closely by Casey Jones.

P.S. - anyone remember the crossover they had with Cerebus? How about with the Savage Dragon?

Iagree the movies were tollerable if for nothing else the great martial arts in semi Godzilla suits.

If I ever did have a fave it would be the Yoda Rat , what ever his name is. Or Shredder just because he is the evil dude !
