Mas Systems are f-cking crooks!

Well this is a long story in itself, where I recieved a custom made stick from them for the Dreamcast, and when I inspected it I found the metal strip on top of the end connector was bent in half.

I called, they said send it back, and we will fix it. I did, they got it, and it took them 2 and a half months to send a replacement. When the box came I was just glad it was over, but to my horror when I opened the box, there it was, the same BENT connector, same stick, nothing fixed.

Now I'm as amazed as you are, because in order for this to happen, they just let my stick sit for 2 monthes and then mailed it back? I really don't know, because during those 2 months I called a number of times to ask whats going on, and remind the witless woman on the phone to get me my stick, she was always assuring me everything was ok, and they were sending it out next week, all the while there is a f-cking baby screaming the background EVERY damn time I call.

Here's a tip, don't try to talk to customers and feed a whinning baby at the same time.

Well after all this I send it back again, and they got it back AGAIN on Jan. 15th, well it's now March, and nothing, so I call today to see what's up.

Well the women on the phone tells me all of a sudden that they DID replace the connector the 2nd time, I got into it with her, because at this point I'm just pissed, and she tryed to put it off on me that I'm the problem here, and a hassle, when I ashed her how her company can still be in bussiness when they have monkeys working there, she almost went as far as to accuse me of bending it myself so I could send it back, I got into it with her, and she proceded to hang up on me.

Now when I try to call back I get a constant busy signal, no stick, no refund, no nothing, emails not being answered so far.

Does anyone know anyway to report them to the BBB of California? Because I am most definetly going to file a complaint against them. Because it's not exactly news to anyone who has dealt with them that their slow as shit, and have the worst customer service, a whaling fucking baby in the background, while the women going "Can you repeat that? I can't hear" isn't exactly my idea of a quality bussiness.

Not to mention I have already informed my credit card company about their charge, and they are disputing it right now, just as I bitch slapped Buyrite, Mas is going to catch it too.

Fuck Mas, I'm ordering an X-Arcade.

Got a S-gun from these fucks, the thing's controllers (sticks) literally fell apart, because the fucking wood was stapled together. Very shoddy. I prefer the sticks on candies, these were the standard ones I cant stand.

A true shit place with true shit stuff.

I bought a MAS stick second hand and was astounded by how badly put together the insides were. Shoddy all the way.

Yea then theres that, they look good on the outside, but when I had my supergun the soldering job was REALLY sloppy inside, they only staple the wood, and one of the wires broke free from the solder on the switch, cause it was so short, I had to get another peice of wire to make it long enough to solder back on.

This was all the week I recieved it, I bought the gun thru Videoconnect who was fast as hell, so I never had to deal with mas's shit till now.

I'm sure Mas just has normal guys putting these things together, cause it looks like a little kid did the soldering job.

Yeah. I am curious as to what they are as well.....

On a side note, I do have 2 MAS joysticks of my own, and I must have got a rare set, because mine are solidly built and are great. Of course I didn't deal with MAS, I bought them from someone else who dealt with them.....THANK GOD! I couldn't handle talking to a lady on the phone with a screaming baby.......hell as long as it's not that dancing baby.....that's just freaky......lol

I wonder if MAS is run by Thau still, or if it's his monkeys running the place. It's always been sketchy, but a few years ago, no one had a better retail supergun.
