Last year, I sent just about my entire loose video game collection to <a href="http://www.thegametrader.com" target="_blank">www.thegametrader.com</a> for online store credit. After about two months of hearing absolutely nothing from them, I sent them an email asking about my credit. They finally replied with my online trade credit number which is worth close to $600.00. Anyway, since then I've placed two separate online orders and there giving me the cold shoulder again. My first order was placed around 8 months ago and the second was placed last month on the 7th. After hearing nothing from them once again, I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They replied a week later saying that none of my items were in stock at the moment and once they were, they would email me with the details. I've called them numerous times just to hear that my order was getting ready to be shipped, but I still haven't received or heard a damn thing. I'm at the point now where I just want the money that is owed to me so I'll never have to deal with them again. Is there anything I can do to achieve this? I've saved every single email they've sent to me if that helps. What can I do?
