Everquest ps2 is destroying my life

Me and that fucked up funster lemonflav have been playing Everquest ps2. I figured Id ask and see if anyone else on the boards besides me lemon and talen has the beta. If so we can meet up.

Hey guys does it play well using the controller? I mean, there's a lot of stuff you have to do with the mouse like setting binds and spells. How easy is it with the controller, and what about chat?

You can plug in a keyboard to the USB port to help with the typing. The alleviates alot of the stuff on the controller so you can just use it for moving/fighting.

Actually its really simple. You set spells and items using the controller then you can acess them without stopping your attacks, therefore battles flow very well. Chat is cool too. Some people have figured out how to use the keyboard for everything but I simply use the controller for gameplay and when I want to say something, I use the keyboard. Overall its amazing and beats the hell out of PSO.

p.s. I asked a few poeple who play eqpc how they like this verison and most of them said they like it better, especially the no load times between zones.
