what system had the best boot up screen?

my vote goes to the neo geo i think it kicks ass along with the mucic playing in the backround psx comes in second

Back in its heyday I really liked the dreamcast startup boot screen... it was really cool with white and orange and the little swirly

GameCube by far. Nothing like holding down Z on one controller or on all 4, or just twirling it with A, just so much fun to have on a boot up sequence.

I think the console that has the best boot-up screen ever is either the Dreamcast or Playstation 2. IMO

I always thought the Saturn boot screen was unoriginal and kinda grainy. The Neo Geo is the best, no doubt. I think the Dreamcast comes in second with the original PSX trailing in 3rd.

I like the PSone startup screen.
Yea, its only 2 logos, but the 'music' just conveys that "I'm quite a powerfull system y'know" feeling really well.
(Well, it was powerfull in its day)

I like the Japanese Saturn starup. The US on is cool as well, but I like that THX sound type thing the Japanese one makes.
