Do you want both halves of the game? If so, don't ship via ups. Go with usps if you don't want your cart at the mercy of large iron transmission casings in boxes above your hard earned game. Seriously, I have no idea why people ship ups.

I need to find out for future refrence :D
Since you live in NY, (I live on the east coast as well and have ordered from the Neostore as well), you can expect a $7 to $8 USPS shipping total.

As for UPS, I have no idea...I try to avoid UPS like the plague.

does a cart really weigh 3 pounds oh_no
They aren't exactly light, and they do have to be boxed and packaged carefully to avoid damage to the case's inner tray, etc. That's the normal price these days for shipping a cart and it's even more expensive if you need to ship outside your home zone, for example, the west coast. I've recently shipped a good portion of AES and MVS related packages and can verify that $6-$10 is the price range to get a cart shipped.

People actually ship things UPS? Man... I'd never ship anything with them... EVER AGAIN! As for the weight, I've bought from Shawn and things were packaged great. Shit man, don't complain on a couple extra bucks for shipping... I bet if he shipped it for $5 all shotty and something happened, there would be a post like "SHAWN SENT ME A BROKEN GAME!"

It's all about the protection,

I've never seen anyone use UPS to send Neo Geo carts, usually people use USPS. For USPS, it depends, if the place you're shippping is near you, it cost like $6 or $7. But, if the cart is going across country, then it'll be like $9 or $10, and even more for international shipping.

As far as I know, in the neostore, as most on-line shops, you can go to checkout with some items in your shopping cart and it will tell you the shipping options with prices before you actually confirm you want to buy the game. In the neostore case I think you need to introduce your full address first though (no cc data), but you can cancel after that.

UPS?
I hope you like your stuff to be delivered to the wrong address. For example, 2 computers that were suppose to be delivered to our house...

We were lucky enough the one was delivered to someone's house that was honest and brought it to us. The other one was lost, partly the responsibility of DELL because despite repeated times asking them to have the package tracked, they wouldnt do it, then tried to charge us for the replacement. UPS wouldn't let us track the package to see where it was delivered to because only the sender could do it with their system.

I advise that if you ever get anything from DELL, get it from one of their stores.
