I don't believe Trains to Go is available in clamshell, but I could be wrong about that.

Train To Go 2 was only released in Japan (Densha De Go 2) and is not available in English.

lik-sang.com has Trains to Go in Japanese. You can order it from there. They also have some other sale out Neo Geo Pocket Color games, but you likely already have.
