USPS cause water damage to any of your packages?

I shipped a fellow member here a copy of DC Fatal Fury and they are saying the manual was water damaged. I *KNOW* the manual went (as well as everything else) went out MINT. While I don't know this person I do know that he is an honest person and wouldn't say something like this if it didn't happen.

Has anyone noticed any of their packages getting water damage or any unusual things? I'm thinking my package was opened and inspected before it was sent to him but I have no idea how it happened!? I am going to do the right thing and try to acquire a mint manual and case for him.

Yes, I have had that prob, I ordered some stuff from NCSX, and the package I received was very moist, and beaten up, luckily it was packaged well, and the moisture did not damage everything....it did did get through to a box and warp it though <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">, damn USPS.

It happen to me once - I was lucky that Shawn packed the game really well. It was RB2 from the Neo Store.

Yes! As a matter of fact this is why my husband and I use tyvek tripple wrapped on every item we ship. We had a MOTW survive severe water damage (the jap home cart!).
