Looking for a copy of Zero Gunner 2...

I borrowed a my friends copy of the game and it is incredible.....does anyone have this game and is willing to sell it for $45 shipped? NCS has them for $53 brand new.....if I can find someone else who doesn't want theirs I'll take it off your hands.......must have spine card and original docs as well as scratch-free. Thanks....
