Where can I find or if you can, copy and paste it here. Basically, it's big paragraphs of MAIL FRAUD and whatnot, talking about such and such, and it really intimidates people who are thinking of screwing with you.

I just need it so I can put on my webpage to warn traders next time... no more messing around.

There is a definition of Mail Fraud on the USPS website. If you cannot find it, I will dig it up for you after my final.

Try looking HERE for starters, I have some legalese of theirs printed up that I will transcribe later, if I can find it.
