Zanac X Zanac for Playstation, wtf?

Anyone heard about this shooter? I just saw it on the NCS restock page, and I loved the original Zanac game from the 80s!! Zanac X Zanac is supposed to be an upgraded version of the original game, and sounds VERY cool, but I never heard anything about it before today!! Here are a few links I found:

Ya know, I saw that on NCSX's website but have not heard of the game until then. I wonder if it is any good.

I've got ZxZ and have been enjoying it- especially the new game "Zanac Neo". Here's my review:

Hey Jackal, THANKS for that GREAT review!! I never heard anything about this shooter until I saw it listed at the NCS store, and was really curious about it! Sounds like an excellent shmup, I just wish they weren't charging $53 for it at NCS, I mean come on this is the PS1, not PS2 . . . should be HALF that price at this stage in the game! <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">
