Terrible eBay experience

I won two auctions over a month ago:
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1291450127

and:
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1291452004

and I sent out a money order within 5 days. I wanted to get those for my mom for X-MAS, since I've broken alot of them over my 19 years. The seller claims she never got it, and that I needed to send another one. So I sent it on Nov 26th, and I got tracking and everything. It shows that it was recieved on the 3rd. Tonight I inquired on wether or not it had shipped. She told me she never got it, and if I didn't pay within 3 days, she would leave negative feedback and report me as a non-paying bidder! This is seriously pissing me off, as I don't know that I'll get this stuff in time for christmas.

What the hell is wrong with some people?

I know what you're talking about, recently I got a bad copy of MK Trilogy.

Just get someone (a lawyer or someone similar) to notarize a letter to her. She'll have to give you money back, or what you bought. Or you could just punch her in the face.

I suggest you send her the tracking information, and tell her that you send it to the address she specified, and that tracking shows it has been received, she won't have a leg to stand on once you send her proof.

Hey if they mess you over, i have 3 different ebay accounts which i dont really use anymore as i have a new one now and will bid on the stuff they are selling and then not send them money but give them negative feedback, or you could get in there first and give them negative feedback and contact ebay about them being a bad seller and give them a warning.

Someone help me here real quick. Can anyone post one of those "long fancy legal threats" about mail fraud? I'd like to copy and paste that onto my webpage for people who want to deal with me and let them know the law.

Please help, I appreciate it!
