What you´re thinking of "Return 2 Castle Wolfenstein"???
I haven´t seen such a brilliant "KI" in a Ego-Shooter before. If you set "Normal", that game is a challenge...these ELiTE-GUARDS seems nearly to be "NEWBEE-HUMAN-MULTiPLAYER"... <IMG SRC="smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0">
Even my friends share these opinion...

Hmm... on the very first level, I went up on to the roof via the first stairwell, and a guard kept trying to head directly towards me (while jumping), even though he was trapped in the stairwell. At it's worst, I was able to trick him into jumping down the stairs. Better than Red Faction's AI though

the game is mediocre at best.
there are NO details. you can fucking hit light bulbs with an MP and they don't pop. but the worst part, you can literally shoot a soldier 5x straight in the face with a pistol and he doesn't even flinch, just keeps shooting at you till his bullet count is full and he drops. it's fucking ridiculous, if I shoot someone in the face I expect them to drop dead, not keep firing like nothing ever happened. soldier of fortune had ALOT of detail in that regard, you could shoot everything to bits, if you shot a guard in the arm, he held his arm and dropped the gun, if you shot them in the head, they died, just as it is supposed to be.. not this bullshit. not to mention that the normal guns (except the snipers) are incredibly inaccurate.
the AI is decent, but that's it.. the game is no fun.

Did you play the uncut-version???
