this is a tough call considering they're not the exact same game.
i've spent a lot more time with the DC one than i have with my ps2 copy, but i'd have to go with the ps2. there's a lot more highway to race in the ps2 version and i have to bring it down to a graphics comparison, the real time effects add a lot to the game.

they did a good job actually upgrading the interface
with newer menus that actually look pretty nice.
i think they fixed the slowdown that was in the DC
version but not totally sure.
i havent played the ps2 one to much other than trying it out.
it could go either way for me.

Hate to say this but teh ps2 version has more textures added and looks a tad bit better.
