Any reaction when you pre-ordered Steel Battalion?

Heh, when I went to gamestop, the person was like ok that will be $200, he was like wtf, $200, what the hell kind of game is this? heh

My brother pre-purchased his at EB... of course, he WORKS there, so nobody really said anything.

Even Darryl, the manager, played the game at the EB manager's meeting last month and loved it. Darryl, who is pretty much a sports only type player, LOVED Steel Battalion! I don't think he'd pay $200 for it, but still.

I'd stop going to that Gamestop, it sounds like they don't have a clue when it comes to games... At least at the EB my brother works at all of the employees play games and know what's going on in the videogame world. Too bad none of them are Neo fans

When I went for finish paying for my copy they were like..."That comes to $284 CND" (Had $5 down on it) and All these kids turn around and asked "what the hell I'm buying?"...I know the manager of the store so he's like "The Best Mech games ever, and unless you get your mom to buy it, you'll never play it" <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[LOL]" />

He said that because it's a group of kids that hang out at EB after school and never buy anything...
